The Supreme Court just dealt election integrity a brutal blow.
Late ballots could flood the count for years to come.
Trump is furious, and he’s demanding Senate Republicans act now.

Justices Amy Coney Barrett and John Roberts joined the Court’s three liberals in blessing a Democrat election fraud scheme by rejecting a challenge from the Republican National Committee to a law that allowed Mississippi to count ballots that arrived up to five days after Election Day.
Barrett hid behind some technical gobble-de-gook to allow states to add late ballots to the tally, a major boon for Democrats heading into the midterm election.
“The Framers recognized the difficulty of crafting election laws applicable to every probable change in the situation of the country.’ The Federalist No. 59, at 362. So instead of constitutionalizing election law, they decided that ‘a discretionary power over elections’ needed to be lodged ‘somewhere,’” Barrett wrote. “Suffice it to say that power was not lodged in this Court. The election-day statutes say nothing about ballot receipt, and we cannot add to the words Congress chose.”
President Trump was furious, as election integrity is central to his Make America Great Again agenda.
However, while the decision was a major setback for Republicans, it did provide Trump a fresh argument to demand that Senate Republicans nuke the filibuster and pass the SAVE Act.
“In light of the tremendous loss in the Supreme Court today concerning Voters’ Rights, and the fact that ‘people’s’ votes are allowed to be counted LONG AFTER an Election is over, it is more important than ever to pass THE SAVE AMERICA ACT,” Trump wrote.
In addition to requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote and a voter ID to cast a ballot, the SAVE Act also bans mass mail-in voting.
Banning mass mail-in voting would render this Supreme Court ruling irrelevant, as all voting would be conducted in person, eliminating the ability of Democrats to commit mail-in ballot shenanigans by stuffing the tally with late-arriving ballots.
Trump called out the RINO Senators by name who were holding up the SAVE Act and wrote that this ruling upped the urgency to pass the SAVE Act and eliminate election fraud.
“There is no excuse for a politician, or otherwise, to be against the above three requirements. There is only one reason to oppose — CHEATING! The House of Representatives has approved this vital Act, THREE TIMES. The United States Senate seems unable to do so. In a time when there is a powerful Communist Movement taking place in our Country, one more dangerous than World War I, World War II, Pearl Harbor, or September 11th, all Democrats, and our five Republican Senate Hold Outs, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, Thom Tillis, Bill Cassidy, and Mitch McConnell, must vote to SAVE OUR COUNTRY. There can be no more excuses!” Trump added.
