Two-time failed Presidential candidate Kamala Harris faced a choice about her future.

Democrats hoped this day would never come.

And Kamala Harris’ bad news had Democrats bracing for a disaster no one saw coming.

Kamala Harris’ two previous Presidential campaigns ended in humiliation.

In 2020, Kamala dropped out before voters cast a single primary ballot after her fundraising and poll numbers flatlined.

Party elites handed Kamala the nomination in 2024 without winning a single primary vote after Joe Biden dropped out of the race following a debate performance that exposed his senility for all the world to see.

Kamala then went on to lose the General Election to Donald Trump in a landslide.

But in an appearance on Al Sharpton’s National Action Network Conference, Kamala sounded like someone gearing up to run for President again.

“Listen, I might, I might. I’m thinking about it,” Harris said in response to Sharpton asking whether she will run again in 2028. “I’ll keep you posted,”

“I know what the job is and what it requires,” Kamala added.

Kamala also warned that Democrats needed to pay extra attention to black voters since they are the bedrock of the party.

“I think we need to be transactional voters,” Kamala stated. “Here’s what I’m suggesting in addition: get yours. Vote and say, ‘I’m voting because I expect something out of this’…. I’m saying it’s okay to also permit people to be transactional, and to say, if you will get my vote, this is what I expect. I expect to get something out of this.”

Other prospective 2028 contenders such as Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, and Congressman. Ro Khanna (D-CA) attended the event.

But it was clear from the reception Kamala received from the largely black audience why Kamala is leaning towards running and why she would be considered the frontrunner for the Democratic Party nomination if she did enter the race.

“Run again! Run again!” the crowd chanted at Kamala.

Kamala’s reception was so boisterous that Sharpton remarked that “this is a convention, not a revival.”

Polls added a data point to the enthusiasm among Democrats, and especially black voters, towards Kamala.

A recent Harvard-Harris poll showed Kamala leading the Democratic pack.

This same poll also showed 63 percent of black voters named Kamala as their top choice.

As long as Kamala keeps winning the support of black voters, she will win the Democratic Party nomination.

But Kamala, as the nominee, already proved to be a losing proposition for Democrats.
