President Trump is facing two years of endless investigations if Democrats win power in November.
The worst is yet to come.
And Trump got blindsided by some bad news that hit him like a ton of bricks.
The Latest Russia Collusion Hoax
The fake news media continues to feed the insatiable appetite on the left for conspiracy theories about the Trump family and Russia.
The latest iteration came in the form of a hit piece claiming a Russian oligarch named Umar Kremlevf paid for Donald Trump Jr. and his wife Bettina’s wedding party.
A joint statement from the couple corrected the story, as the couple explained that Umar hosted a celebration for the couple days after they were married, and it was a “gift from a friend.”
“Our dear friend Umar very generously hosted two incredible nights of celebrations for us AFTER our wedding. It was an extraordinarily generous wedding gift from a friend, and something for which we were and remain incredibly grateful,” the couple’s statement read.
Many Trump supporters feared the GOP establishment was lying in wait for the 2026 election and hoping Democrats could win power so RINOs could exile the Trump movement from the party.
Those fears were realized when Utah’s RINO Senator John Curtis, who recently proposed an amnesty bill, wrote a letter to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Ranking Member Dick Durbin (D-IA) demanding the committee subpoena Donald Trump Jr. for a show trial hearing.
“More recently, questions have arisen about the relationships of President Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., with foreign business figures and the acceptance of significant gifts. These include a lavish wedding afterparty, on a private island, provided by Russian oligarch Umar Kremlev, who reportedly traveled to China as part of a delegation accompanying Vladimir Putin shortly before giving the gift,” Curtis wrote.
Curtis then accused Trump Jr. of financial corruption.
“These concerns are compounded by Donald Trump Jr.’s active promotion of family-backed cryptocurrency ventures, his continued pursuit of international real estate deals involving direct meetings with foreign heads of state, and his reported investments in defense contracting. This pattern extends to his significant financial and advisory ties to prediction market platforms that depend on favorable federal regulatory decisions being considered by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission,” Curtis added.
Curtis tried to dress up his attempt to give the Democrat bipartisan cover to target Trump’s fully by recommending the committee also investigate Hunter Biden’s foreign business ties, a meaningless gesture since Joe Biden gifted his son a blanket pardon.
“I therefore respectfully request that the Senate Judiciary Committee launch an investigation into the use of presidential family relationships for private financial benefit, preferential treatment, or access by domestic and foreign interests. As part of that investigation, I urge the Committee to subpoena Donald Trump Jr. and Hunter Biden to testify regarding their past business dealings, relationships with foreign individuals and entities, gifts, or other benefits they have received, and any instances in which their relationship to the President was invoked or understood to provide value,” Curtis continued.
What Will Happen Next
Curtis knows Republicans won’t act on this demand.
But Curtis’ letter helps the establishment’s goal of Democrats winning the midterms by manufacturing a new scandal the left and the media can use against Trump this fall.
And should Democrats win the Senate, they can then seize on the letter to claim there is bipartisan concern about the Trump family and tie up the last two years of Trump’s Presidency in a witch hunt targeting his son.
