Ketanji Brown Jackson’s Absurd Admission
Ketanji Brown Jackson was Joe Biden’s DEI pick to sit on the Supreme Court.
Biden pledged to nominate a black woman to the bench and followed through with Jackson even though she ranks as one of the least talented judges in American history.
Jackson lived down to the DEI label when she couldn’t even define what a woman was during her confirmation hearing.
Her colleagues on the bench are growing frustrated with her kneejerk partisan rulings that are an inch deep in intellectual and legal reasoning.
Even RINO Justice Amy Coney Barrett called Jackson out by name in an opinion slamming Jackson’s support for allowing District Court judges to issue national injunctions blocking laws and executive orders.
In a podcast interview with Michelle Obama, Jackson made an even bigger fool of herself when she stated that Supreme Court Justices needed to avoid the appearance of partisan bias.
“You also have to watch your exposure to things so that there isn’t a bias,” Obama said to Jackson. “And what does that mean for you in terms of reading the paper, and listening to the news, and how do you get your information, and what do you have to be careful about, and how are you dealing with the potential conflicts as you do stay above board?”
“You really have to be focused on that,” Jackson replied. “There are employees in the court who, in the legal office of the court, in the public information office of the court, who are assisting us in that way. When I get invitations to do things, I always have them screened by the legal office, by the public information office. just to make sure that there are no ethical conflicts, it’s not a fundraiser.”
Jackson making this comment while on the podcast of a former First Lady who campaigns for Democrats stuck conservatives as an absurd lack of self-awareness.
Jackson’s Delusional Rant
Jackson then went on to claim justices had to avoid partisan media outlets – as she was on the podcast of a partisan Democrat – and stay off social media.
“You know, there are lots of limits on what judges can do, and I try to be very, very mindful and scrupulous with respect to that because, as you say, our obligation is to be unbiased in our approach. And so you have to then navigate all the sources that could make for an appearance of partiality, which you want to avoid. So there are lots of things that I end up not accepting for that reason,” Jackson added.
“News sources, I think, you know, I don’t have a lot of time, unfortunately. But I do, you know, the normal general media sources are made available. And I think it’s harder when you’re talking about — there’s so much social media now. This is a whole different world, and not everything is reliable. And the hardest part for judges is that we really cannot participate,” Jackson continued.
“Probably saving you some brain cells!” Michelle Obama replied. “So we need you focused on your opinion.”
But in another instance of a lack of self-awareness, Jackson clearly doesn’t stay off social media.
Legal scholars and pundits routinely mock Jackson for slipping TikTok slang like “wait for it” and “understood the assignment” into her opinions.
