Megyn Kelly says she was in gear for her life.
The source of Kelly’s terror was surprising.
And Megyn Kelly is worry one famous person wants her dead.
As American Media Watch Dog reports:
Fox News host Mark Levin continues to attack anyone who opposes the war with Iran in increasingly dangerous terms.
Levin takes to social media to smear Megyn Kelly as a Nazi and an anti-Semite because she defends Tucker Carlson from those same false allegations and opposes the war with Iran.
Calling a conservative a “Nazi” and an “anti-Semite” took on new levels of danger following the Charlie Kirk assassination and the attempts on Donald Trump’s life, as that type of language spurred left-wing terrorists to violence.
On a recent episode of her podcast, Kelly expressed her fear that Levin knew slimming her as a Nazi was slapping a target on her back and that Levin was happy to do so.
“I actually believe that Mark Levin would like to have me killed. I do believe it. I think he’d be thrilled to see me taken out, like, actually,” Kelly told guest Ana Kasparian. “That’s so f*cking crazy to me, Ana. There’s no one, no one politically, whom I would ever wish that upon, ever. There’s no one whose death I would celebrate. There’s no one whom I would intentionally endanger with really crazy ass rhetoric.”
Kelly said Levin knew exactly what he was doing since tagging a conservative with the Nazi label was like waving a red cape in front of a bull for the left.
And Kelly also argued that Levin was hoping to bully Kelly into silence since Levin was worried about polls showing 57 percent of Republicans under the age of 35 have an unfavorable view of Israel, and these young Republicans get most of their news from podcasts like Carlson’s and Kelly’s.
“He knows what he says about Tucker, about me, about many others is actually endangering,” Kelly went on to say. “To over and over call somebody a neo-Nazi, to suggest that they want Jews killed because they say things like, ‘young people no longer support Israel.’ It’s so irresponsible. It’s lunacy.”
Levin knew what he did was wrong and took to social media to assure Kelly that wasn’t his intention and to offer a truce by toning down his rhetoric.
“Megyn, can we at least agree that I absolutely do not want, and would never want, any harm to come to you,” Levin wrote on social media. “And I have never said otherwise and would never say otherwise. I suggest we turn down the heat.”
