RINO Texas Senator John Cornyn likes to present himself as President Trump’s closest ally.
Cornyn’s actions tell a different story.
And John Cornyn derailed Trump by taking this awful vote.

President Trump appears like he won’t endorse in the Texas Senate Runoff Primary because incumbent RINO John Cornyn’s record of betraying Trump is now out in the open.
Establishment Republicans begged President Trump to endorse Cornyn in his Texas Senate primary runoff against pro-Trump conservative State Attorney General Ken Paxton.
The GOP establishment falsely claimed Cornyn was the only Republican who could defeat woke leftist James Talarico in the general election.
Those hopes suffered a blow when Trump posted on Truth Social that both Paxton and Cornyn could defeat Talrico because of Talirico’s insane beliefs.
“The Democrat running in Texas, James Talarico, turns out to be a FRAUD! It showed after the Election when he beat low-IQ candidate Jasmine Crockett (No relation to Davy Crockett!),” Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social.
Talirico said God is nonbinary, claims there are multiple genders, and Trump wrote that he was as radical as Congresswoman Jasmine Crocett.
“He’s got six Genders, insults to Jesus, only vegan food, was wearing a mask in 2023 and 2024, and is a weak, ineffective guy who we “allowed” to win before releasing the avalanche of information we had on him because, as bad as Crockett was as a Candidate, this guy is worse! I believe that any human being running against him, sick, incompetent, close to death, even a child, would win,” Trump added.
Cornyn voted for Joe Biden’s gun control bill that funded red flag confiscation laws.
Cornyn also announced that his goal in running for another term was to ram a mass amnesty bill for tens of millions of illegal aliens through Congress.
And Cornyn also voted to confirm 12 Joe Biden judges who are now issuing lawless orders thwarting the Trump agenda that the American people voted for.
Breitbart reported that the Biden judges Cornyn confirmed included “Jerry Edwards, Jr., as U.S. District Judge in Western Louisiana. Edwards granted a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction in August 2025 against Trump’s expanded immigration detention policies in Kostak v. Trump, ordering a bond hearing or release for illegal migrants.”
Conryn also voted to confirm Zahid Quraishi as U.S. District Judge for the District of New Jersey. Quraishi ruled against the Trump administration for detaining over 70 migrants in immigration habeas cases, ordering the immediate release of detainees,” Breitbart reported.
John Cornyn said Trump couldn’t win in 2024 and urged GOP voters to pick a new nominee.
Cornyn’s record, as well as polls that show Paxton and Cornyn running the same against Talirico, are giving Trump pause about endorsing Cornyn.
